The joint project of Council of Europe and European Union against corruption in Albania, be organized on February 20, 2012. The NGO-s Forum on Anti-Corruption Action Plan 2011-2013 of the government. Forum provided an opportunity for major institutional stakeholders involved in the Plan of Action - coordinating mechanism of the government ministries, NGOs, international organizations and other donors, to discuss the action plan and monitoring its implementation. INCA participated in the forum and which presented problems of corruption in the environmental field.
